    Abstract

The integration of the Internet and TV (Internet TV) is a powerful medium for delivery of instruction to learners. However, the instruction has to be designed to cater to the needs and characteristics of the learners. Proper design and analysis strategies must be followed when designing instruction for Internet TV. More research is needed on the integration of the different messages on Internet TV and the most appropriate design and support strategies for delivery.
