Understanding labor in the Finnish Housing system

I want to engage with several partners in Finland who provide social/affordable housing. I am interested in spending time talking with people at Y-Säätiö, Finland’s largest national non-profit landlord and a leader in the effort to ending homelessness, and The Housing and Finance and Development Centre of Finland. Finland has effectively been able to end homelessness, in part because of their radical adoption of housing first. While there is significant research about programming and policies that have enabled this, there is little research about the experiences of people who are working in this sector. I have made initial contact with some organizations in Helsinki and I am hoping they will allow me to meet with them, chat with some of their staff and potentially tour some sites.
