Description
This application outlines a proposed research project that will investigate potential factors that contribute to police misconduct within the Nigeria Police Force. This includes examining such factors as organizational tolerance for misconduct, police perceptions about misconduct, procedural injustice, and toxic leadership, as well as exploring how these factors might be addressed through ethical leadership. This project aims to extend research recently conducted in a Western context.
