    Professor of Management of Information Systems at Athabasca University, Faculty of Business. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Management of Information Systems and a minor in Management from a joint Ph.D. program administered by the four largest universities in Montreal (UQAM, HEC, Concordia University, and McGill University) and a master’s degree in project management from UQAM. His research interests include the adoption and implementation of information and communication technologies (ICTs), IT leadership, the impact of ICTs on organizations, quantitative methods, and the management of international projects. He has published in mainstream journals and conferences. He is an associate editor of the African Journal of Information Systems (AJIS).
