    Research Interests

    Dr. Kam Jugdev joined Athabasca University in 2003 following a career as a project manager. She is an active researcher in the field of project management as it relates to strategy. Dr. Jugdev received several research grants from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Her research program is on project management as a source of competitive advantage, lessons learned, project management tools and techniques, and project success/failure.

    Dr. Kam Jugdev is an active researcher in the field of project management as it relates to strategy. She has received several research grants from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. In addition to her research program in project management with international colleagues, she also engages in collaborative research in online education. She enjoys collaborating with other researchers and working with graduate students. She has supervised, co-supervised, and served as a committee member with over 25 doctoral students, 50 Applied Project students, and 20 MSc/MEng students.
