    Personal profile

    Research Interests

My research interests are primarily focused on aspects of exclusion and inclusion in male-dominated occupational sectors. Specifically, I investigate the factors contributing to bullying, discrimination and harassment and other forms of mistreatment and how they can be addressed. I also explore stigma identity management and the individual and/or organizational factors that compel individuals to hide or downplay various parts of their identity at work.

As the Canada Research Chair in Rights-Based Organizational Development, I aim to develop and test interventions that counteract harmful aspects of organizational culture and cimate and reduce workplace human rights violations, both internally and externally.
