    Personal profile

    Research interests

My research focuses on developing equitable, technology-enabled health interventions that integrate wearable data, participatory design, and health equity frameworks. I am particularly interested in creating solutions that support sleep and wellness among youth and other underserved populations. Drawing on my background in nursing, user centred design, and mixed-methods research, I lead interdisciplinary projects that focus on co-design, and real-world implementation. I am especially passionate about leveraging digital tools—such as wearable devices and AI—to promote accessible, personalized care and to close health equity gaps.
